All products sold are digital in nature. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to your product(s) via email or dashboard login.
3. No Chargeback Policy
By purchasing from Zero Identity Wealth, you acknowledge and agree that:
You will not initiate a chargeback or dispute payment with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting our support team at support@zeroidentitywealth.com.
You agree to abide by our Refund Policy outlined below.
Any chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may result in immediate revocation of product access and may be pursued with supporting evidence submitted to the payment processor.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day conditional refund policy, subject to the following terms:
Refunds are granted only if you can provide proof that you implemented the training and resources but did not achieve results.
Acceptable forms of proof may include screenshots of ad campaigns, landing pages, analytics dashboards, or other evidence showing a genuine attempt.
Refund requests must be made via email to support@zeroidentitywealth.com within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as “I changed my mind,” “I didn’t use the product,” or subjective dissatisfaction without proof of implementation.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse or misuse of the policy.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Earnings Disclaimer
Please read our full Earnings Disclaimer before purchasing. We do not guarantee income or success. All earnings representations are illustrative only. Your results depend on your effort, experience, and external factors.
